On-site exhibitor registration hours:
Tuesday, April 13: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, April 14: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday, April 15: 7:30 am - 6:30 pm

Important Notes:
- Exhibitors are allotted six free badges for every 100 square feet of rented space. Each exhibitor badge beyond the allocated amount is available at $5.00 per badge.
- New this year: exhibitor badges will not be mailed. Each exhibitor registered will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print the confirmation and present it onsite to have your badge(s) printed.

There may be a delay in the processing of badges requested when the show opens on Wednesday, so pick up your badges on Tuesday if possible.

Exhibitor Staff Badges
Do not use Exhibitor badges for anyone other than personnel staffing your booth. Guests should be registered as Residential Design and Construction Exhibit Only attendees, which will allow them access to your booth during show hours free of charge.

Customers/Non-exhibitors
Residential Design and Construction registers design professionals as well as the general public. However, we urge you to invite your customers and prospects to view the exhibits free of charge. You will receive 100 passes in a mail, but you can order additional passes from show management no later than March 5, 2010. If your customers use the provided promotional code, they will be able to take advantage of the free admission to the exhibit hall right through the days of the show.

You can also send electronic VIP passes to your customers through the registration system. The exhibitor that has the most customers register and come to RDC using their promo code will receive 100 SF of free exhibit space at Residential Design and Construction 2011!
